Course Registration for the Spring Semester of 2026
Please register for courses offered in the spring semester of 2026 as follows
Registration Period : Wednesday, April 8, 2026 - Tuesday, April 21, 2026 (strict deadline)
※Please register for “Ethics for Academic Research (Japanese)” (for the spring semester)via the Academic Affairs Information System during the regular registration period as above mentioned.
※Application for approval of Global Development Foundation Courses and Specialized Courses (only for MC students)
Students may take up to 6 credits of common graduate school courses and courses from other graduate schools as foundation courses for global development and specialized courses if they are approved by the Graduate School of International Cultural Studies.
If you wish to apply for accreditation, you may do so using the “Course Registration Form for Other Schools” .
There are other prerequisites for applying for accreditation. Please check the reverse side of the “Course Registration Form for Other Schools” carefully before applying.
!! Application after earning credits is not possible. Please note that you must apply in advance. !!

Please submit the “Course Registration Form for Other Schools” to your Primary advisor (Faculty Advisor) as an email attachment during the registration period.
*If you do not submit the form, no credits will be granted. After the course registration form is submitted by the Primary Advisor (Faculty Advisor), the Academic Affairs Section will register the courses in the Academic Affairs Information System.
Please confirm your course enrollment completion via the system on or after May 7, Thurssday.
*If you wish to take intensive courses at other schools, please follow the above procedures during the designated period after the schedule of intensive courses is determined.

Between April 8 (Wed.) and April 17 (Fri.), 2026, please inform the Lecturer of the class you wish to take and have him/her sign or seal the application form, or send an e-mail to the Lecturer and receive a reply stating that you are permitted to take the course.
The email addresses of the Lecturers are listed in the “Contact” column when you search the syllabus after logging in to the Academic Affairs Information System.
*If you wish to take an intensive course, please send an e-mail to obtain permission to take the course.

*Please check with the Educational Records and Programs Section of the graduate school that offers the course or the graduate school's website before enrolling in the course.
*At least 6 credits must be earned to be eligible to apply as a Master's Research Education Student. At least 4 of those credits must be from courses offered by Schools other than the Graduate School of International Cultural Studies.
