For Japanese students and foreigners residing in Japan

• Application period: Friday, February 20, 2026 - Friday, February 27, 2026 (must arrive by 5:00PM)

• Application period: Tuesday, November 4, 2025 - Tuesday, November 18, 2025 (must arrive by 5:00PM (Japan time))
