Copy cards for this academic year are being distributed at the Academic Affairs Section, GSICS.
Students who wish to receive one should bring their student ID and Hanko (Personal seal *Signature is also acceptable.) to the office.
We have already distributed this year’s copy cards to students who enrolled in April and October 2025, so we will not be giving out any additional ones. Each student receives one copy card per academic year.
