【Held on Sep. 29 (Tue.)】Task Management Workshop [Conducted in Japanese] (Organized by the Disability Services Office)
We will be holding a task management workshop for students who feel they have too many things to do.
*Please note that this workshop will be conducted in Japanese.
Do any of these sound familiar?
・You tend to put off things you need to do.
・When you have too many things to do, you are not sure what to prioritize.
・You are overwhelmed with academic tasks and worried about managing future job-hunting activities.
This workshop will consist of a lecture and practical exercises on task management led by a speaker who has firsthand experience with developmental disabilities and has developed various task management strategies in the workplace.
If you are interested, please feel free to join us.
〇Eligibility:
Students enrolled at Tohoku University, including graduate students and non-degree students
*Students from all schools, graduate schools, and years of study are welcome.

*There will be a short break during the workshop.
