About the Lecture
Often described as the "spiritual home of Europeans," the Arthurian legend has been portrayed in countless movies and novels, and has recently gained widespread popularity through video games. While the names of King Arthur and key figures in these tales are familiar to many in the younger generation, fewer people may know the stories themselves in detail.

In this lecture, we welcome Professor Watanabe from Chuo University—a leading authority on Arthurian literature—to deliver an accessible and engaging talk for a general audience.

This session will provide valuable insights, particularly for faculty members and students involved in Western/European studies.
