We have received the following information from the Japan Educational Exchanges and Services (JEES).

JEES offers the Karuizawa Seminar House free of charge for training programs and international exchange activities involving international and Japanese students.
Eligible users are international students, Japanese students, and related persons accompanying students. When applying, applicants must submit an application form together with a copy of the representative student's ID card and a copy of the accompanying staff member's employee ID card (or a certificate of employment).
