We are pleased to invite you to a Lunch Meeting for International Students (free of charge), which will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

This meeting is designed to give international students an opportunity to reflect on their experiences at Tohoku University and their life in Sendai, while exchanging ideas about their future plans and aspirations after returning to their home countries. We also hope it will strengthen the connections between international students and Tohoku University before they become members of our global alumni community.

We are delighted to welcome four Tohoku University alumni to this event. Their participation will provide current students with a valuable opportunity to hear about the career paths and experiences of graduates who completed their studies at Tohoku University a few years ago.

The event will be conducted entirely in English and is open to students of all nationalities.
Japanese students who are interested in interacting with international students are also warmly invited to join.
