Event "Belgium Day" (Jun. 2)

Tohoku University will host "Belgium Day," an event designed to deepen the understanding of Belgian culture, history, lifestyle, and science and technology, as well as to promote collaboration in education and research.

We will welcome representatives from the Embassy of Belgium in Japan. The program features a lecture on science and technology policy by an embassy official, followed by a lecture on the history of exchange between Japan and Belgium by Dr. Toshiya Ueki, Executive Vice President of Tohoku University.

Additionally, the event offers a unique opportunity to experience Belgium firsthand, including a networking session to speak directly with the Ambassador and an information booth regarding studying abroad.
