Suspension of the Student Health Care Center Services and Issuance of Certificates of Health (Period: May 1 (Fri) – June 24 (Wed))
Due to the updating of health checkup data, the issuance of Certificates of Health at the Student Health Care Center desk and through the automatic certificate issuing machines on each campus will be suspended from May 1 (Fri) to June 24 (Wed).
Please note that current students (excluding new students enrolled as of today, April 1) have already been notified by the Student Affairs Information System (UNIPA) and mass email.
For students who undergo the periodic health checkup during this academic year’s scheduled period (April 20 (Mon) – 24 (Fri) and May 7 (Thu) – 19 (Tue), excluding weekends), the certificates will be available for issuance starting June 25 (Thu).

Additional Note:
Current students who require a Certificate of Health based on the periodic health checkup taken last academic year (2025), please ensure you obtain it by April 30 (Thu).
