(Due April 23)Call for Applicants for Tohoku University Science Ambassadors(2nd application for new applicants) in FY2026

Dear  Graduate Students

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your understanding and cooperation in promoting the DEI.

Applications are now being accepted for Tohoku University Science Ambassadors (2nd application for new applicants) for FY2025 [Next Generation Development Program].
The second round of applications is open to first-time applicants for Science Ambassadors in 2026.

With the aim of fostering the next generation of female researchers and fostering a sense of mission and responsibility to engage in scientific research, 
female graduate school students (including those who identify themselves as female) will be appointed as science ambassadors to plan and implement 
seminars and events that convey messages to make science more accessible to them, and to conduct activities related to DEI promotion.
Please note that approval from your academic advisor is required to apply, so please consult with your academic advisor before submitting your application.

Note: Among the application documents listed in the application guidelines, the resume should be registered via the Google Form
If you have an appointment as an SA through March 31, 2026, please select “Continuing” as your registration category; otherwise, please select “New.”
