【How to submit the application documents】
・Combine application documents into a folder and submit via email.
*When submitting, please take precautions regarding personal information, such as setting a password.

【 Important Notes on Submission】
・The folder should be named in the following order: "Graduate School of International Cultural Studies, Student ID Number, Year, Name."
 Example: "Graduate School of International Cultural Studies B0KD1234 B4 Taro Tohoku"
・For the filenames of each application document,please also include "Graduate School of International Cultural Studies, Student ID Number, Year, Name" at the beginning of the filename.
Example: "Graduate School of International Cultural Studies B0KD1234 B4 Taro Tohoku Application Form for Student Exchange Program.xlsx"
