Otsuka Toshimi Scholarship Foundation has announced a scholarship opportunity for international students. Applicants should review the foundation's website and apply directly. The application form includes a section for the "Office and Person in Charge of International Students." Although students apply directly to the foundation for this scholarship, the foundation will contact Tohoku University to verify duplicate scholarship eligibility if a provisional award is made. Therefore, all applicants must notify the Academic Affairs Section of GSICS once they have submitted their application.
