(Held on July 8) Career Guidance Session for Students with Disabilities (or Students Who May Have Disabilities) 2026
The Student Disability Services Office, in cooperation with TDK Corporation, will hold a Career Guidance Session for Students with Disabilities (or Students Who May Have Disabilities) on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
Students with disabilities may sometimes face challenges in obtaining the information they need to plan their careers and engage in job hunting while balancing their academic responsibilities. You may have questions or concerns such as what types of jobs are available, whether workplace accommodations can be provided, or whether you are progressing through the job-hunting process in the same way as other students.
This career guidance session is intended for students who are considering employment after graduation in March 2028, as well as those who are just beginning to explore their future career options. A human resources representative from TDK Corporation will be invited as the guest speaker to provide information that may be helpful for future career planning and job hunting. Students who are interested in career development, or who have any concerns or anxieties about their future careers, are warmly encouraged to participate.

【Eligibility】
Students enrolled at Tohoku University who have disabilities or who believe they may have disabilities.
Participation is open regardless of academic year, whether a formal diagnosis has been received, whether a disability certificate has been obtained, or the type of disability.
