The Tohoku University Co-op and International Support Center jointly provide housing support to international students who plan to move into private apartments.
The Co-op handles apartments for Tohoku University students. In addition to providing information on apartments, they can schedule and accompany student visits to apartments, assist with setting up utilities such as electricity/gas/water, consult on lease contracts, and help students find a moving company.
It also offers a special temporary service, as described below, specifically for international students who are moving out of university housing.
