SenTIA (Sendai Tourism, Convention and International Association) is recruiting "Sendai International Student Exchange Committee" members who will engage in activities related to international exchange and support for foreign residents in Sendai City.

◆ Eligibility: International students enrolled in universities or other institutions who are registered residents of Sendai City
◆ Capacity: Approximately 18 members
◆ Application Requirements: Please refer to the application guidelines or inquire for more information.
◆ Term: (1st term) April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026; (2nd term) October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027
◆ Incentive: 120,000 yen for each of the 1st and 2nd terms
◆ Application: Please prepare the following documents and apply by mail or by bringing them directly.
(1) Application form ※ Have the application form stamped by the university or institution you belong to.
(2) A copy of the residence card (both front and back).
(3) Japanese essay "What I want to work on as an exchange committee member" ※ A4 paper, about 1200 characters.
◆ Application Period: Must be received by Monday, December 15, 2025, to Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
※ If bringing it directly, only on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
◆ Selection Process: First Screening: Document Review / Second Screening: Interview February 28, 2026 (Saturday) Afternoon
