Japan Educational Exchanges and Services (JEES) has announced the recruitment of international scholarship students for the 2026 academic year.

〇Guidelines

〇 Submission Deadline: December 5, 2025 (Friday) by noon [Strict Deadline]

〇 Submission Method: Submit data to the Academic Affairs Section of the Graduate School of International Cultural Studies via Email.

〇 Japanese Language Proficiency: Japanese language proficiency is not required, but please be sure to enter your test results (if applicable) and self-assessment in the Japanese language proficiency section of the application form.

〇 Application Documents
*1 Please download the designated form from here.
*2 Please submit (1) and (2) as Excel files, and submit (3) and subsequent documents as PDFs.
(1) Application Form (Form 1): If written in a language other than Japanese, attach a Japanese translation.
(2) Letter of Recommendation (Form 2): Must be prepared by the supervising professor.
(3) Certificate of Enrollment
(4) Copy of Residence Card (both sides)
(5) Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency (submit only if available)
(6) Academic Transcript: From undergraduate level onward, including the most recent ones (to be used for internal selection).
