Fall chest X-ray examination (November) will be conducted as follows.
Please bring your student ID card or a document with your name and student ID number (such as an admission notice) to the health check-up.
This health check-up requires an appointment.

Date and time: Tuesday, November 11, 2025 10:00-12:30
Location: Student Health Care Center (Kawauchi Kita Campus)
Eligible applicants: Students enrolled in October (This includes non-regular students who enrolled after May 2025 and attend for more than one month)
※Those who received medical examination on October 7 and 8 are not eligible.
