[Call for participation] Post-arrival Orientation for international researchers and students (Online Participation Now Available for Oct 29 session)
The International Support Center (ISC) assists international students and researchers from their arrival in Japan to their departure by providing support in various aspects of daily life.
The ISC will be holding another orientation sessions for newly arriving international researchers.
At this orientation, staff from Sendai City and the Sendai Tourism, Convention and International Association (SenTIA) will provide information about life in Sendai and various government procedures.
While the orientation is mainly aimed at international researchers, international students, family members, and host department staff are all welcome to attend.

・October 29 (Wed) 14:00-16:00
Venue: Meeting Room, 2F, Central Hall (C01), Aobayama Campus

2. Target Participants: International researchers, international students, their family members, and host department staff

Information about living in Sendai as an International Resident – Key information on daily life and available support.
Helpful Resources – Guidance on bureaucratic procedures and local services.
Disaster Preparedness – Important safety measures and what to do in case of a natural disaster.
Q&A Session – A chance to ask questions and get advice on settling in.

Attendees are free to enter and leave the briefing session at their convenience.
