The International Student Help Desk is open year-round, but for students enrolling in the fall semester, it will be open in Aobayama during the following period:

Sep 29 (Mon)  -  Oct 10 (Fri) 11:00-6:00
Location (Mon, Wed, Fri) : at School of Engineering Center Hall, 3F (C01)
Location (Tue, Thu) : Entrance of Aobayama Commons (J41)

The Help Desk is open every day from 11:00-16:00 at Kawauchi campus.

Starting Oct 14 (Tue), it will be open from 12:15-17:00 at Kawauchi Campus.
