Distribution of copy cards for this academic year started on April 14.

If you wish to receive one, please come to the Academic Affairs Section (GSICS office) and bring your student ID and a hanko (personal seal) or your signature.
*Students who enrolled in April 2026 are also required to come to the office to receive their card.

Each student is given one copy card per academic year. Please note that additional cards will not be issued even if you run out.

As previously announced, due to the renewal of the shared copier (multifunction printer) contract for FY2026, some student printing rooms will be closed.
Accordingly, the following student printing rooms will no longer be available.

Printing Room Available from April 2026:
・International Cultural Studies Building 503 Student Printing Room
*The copy cards you were using are no longer valid due to a change in the copy machines.

Printing Rooms Currently Unavailable: 
・West Building 211 Student Printing Room
・Kawakita Research Forum 533 Student Printing Room


This change is part of a university-wide measure by Tohoku University in consideration of recent social conditions and cost management.
