Due to the 57th Sendai Tanabata Fireworks Festival (August 5), traffic will be restricted on roads in the Kawauchi Campus area (times listed below), and entry restrictions will be put in place at Kawauchi Station and International Center Station (Tozai Line subway).

Traffic restrictions:
Time: 18:00 – 21:30 ※ In some areas from 9:00, 15:00, and 17:30
Subway station entry restrictions:
Kawauchi Station: From 15:00, only the ‘North 1’ entrance will be open
*The ‘South 1’ and ‘South 2’ entrances will be closed from 15:00.

In addition, entry restrictions will be put in place at the Kawauchi North Campus at the four checkpoints listed below. Only those who present appropriate identification will be allowed to enter.
If you are planning to enter the campus grounds on the day, please be sure to carry your staff or student ID, etc. with you(Can also be posted via the app).
*We have informed the security staff to be flexible regarding pickups from daycare and similar situations.
