(Applies to international graduate students) ROHTO Pharmaceutical: Career Experience Program (in English)

We are pleased to announce that Rohto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. will be holding a special career experience program for international graduate students.
This program is designed for first-year master’s and doctoral students from overseas who are interested in working at a Japanese research and development company. Through lab tours, job shadowing, and interaction with full-time employees, the program offers a valuable opportunity to gain firsthand insight into working at a Japanese company.

【Rohto Pharmaceutical Career Experience Program】
■ Schedule:
Day 1 | August 18, 2025 (Mon): Lab Tour & Company Introduction
Day 2 | August 19, 2025 (Tue): Interaction with full-time employees, Job Shadowing (Optional)

■ Location:
Rohto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Research Village Kyoto (Kyoto City)

■ Eligibility:
・International graduate students (M1, D1, D2) interested in working in Japan
・Able to participate in English (the program will be conducted in English)
・Passionate about manufacturing
・Able to face challenges with resilience and a spirit of curiosity
・Proactive and self-motivated

■ Participation Fee: Free (Transportation expenses reimbursed up to ¥50,000)

■ Program Highlights:
・Lab tour: experience cutting-edge fields such as IT, regenerative medicine, and skincare
・Learn about the company’s philosophy, work culture, and values related to manufacturing
・Participate in discussions based on your own research interests and expertise
・Participants will be selected through a screening process by Rohto Pharmaceutical and WA. SA. Bi. (CV submission required)
