We are pleased to announce that Jiaxin Yan, a first-year PhD student (D1) in the International Graduate Program in Language Sciences (IGPLS), has received the JPA Most Distinguished Poster Presentation Award – International Division at the 89th Annual Convention of the Japanese Psychological Association (JPA), held from September 5 to 7, 2025.

This award is conferred by the Board of Executive Directors of the JPA in recognition of outstanding research contributions and exemplary presentation within the International Division. Ms. Yan’s work was highly commended for its significant contribution to the field of psychology.

An official award ceremony will be held during the 90th Annual Convention of the JPA at Toyo University, Hakusan Campus, Tokyo, from September 4 to 6, 2026.
