Step 1: Confirm eligibility and conditions, and prepare the necessary docu-ments.

Step 3: Attendance Confirmation (in principle, candidates need to sign at the

section in charge of international students at your department’s ad-ministrative office)

Those who have been selected as candidates will be contacted by the section in charge of international students at the administrative office at the department you belong to in early October. Please follow the instructions by the section to confirm your attendance confirmation.
